HOW TO ORDER / TERMS

1. Click on the Buy Now button for your event to pay for your DVD via PayPal, the secure way to pay on the internet. DVDs must be pre-paid.

2. In the Paypal screen, there will be an "Additional Instructions" field. You must enter your Real Name, Stage Name, Performance Day/Time and Phone Number. We cannot stress how important this is. We must be able to identify you at your performance.

3. Please note that only your performance will be taped.

4. By ordering, you agree to release rights of usage by the videographer for use in our video portfolio, website, etc. There may be additional release forms from your event organizer. By ordering, you also understand that due to the ease of copying and pirating of DVD's, NO REFUNDS are allowed. Exchanges are offered in the event of manufacturing/duplication defects only.

 

Additional copies of the same performance are $15, shipping included, if all are ordered at the same time. To order multiple copies, EMAIL US with your desired quantity so we can send you a custom PayPal invoice
